Imran Khan asks rulers to pull out of US-led war on terror: Date : November 27 , 2011
Imran Khan said that involvement in war on terror has brought Pakistan on verge of destruction.
Speaking at a public meeting in Shujaabad, Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan said that Pakistan incurred a loss of Rs 70 billion in war on terror.
Imran Khan strongly condemned the NATO attack on Salala Check Post in the Momand Agency that resulted in the death of 24 security personnel. He termed it an insane and immoral brutality.
Imran said that time had come for the government to pull out of this US-led war which has brought Pakistan on verge of destruction.
Imran Khan said that Pakistan s involvement in the war against terrorism had radicalised its society and was also breeding anti-Americanism. He said that Pakistan s continued involvement in this war would only produce more militancy and destruction.
